Consult & Quote
Tell us your block, your budget, and the size you have in mind. We come back with a clear, itemised quote.

Design & Engineer
We finalise the floor plan, window layout, and cladding. Engineering drawings come standard.

Workshop Build
Steel frame, cladding, roof, windows and doors all built under cover in our workshop.
04
Deliver & Set
Delivered on a tilt-tray as standard. Crane placement is available as an extra (+$2,000) with certified crane points added to the frame.
Light-gauge galvanised steel. Standing-seam cladding. Double-glazed windows. The hard part — getting the envelope right — is done before the cabin leaves the workshop.

FAQs
The questions we hear most.
Do I need to be a builder to finish the interior?

No. The shell is designed so a capable DIYer — with licensed help for the electrical and plumbing hook-ups — can finish a cabin over a few months of weekends.
Is the shell really weather-tight on delivery?

Yes. Cladding, roof, windows and doors are installed and sealed in our workshop. You can lock the door the day it lands.
What about council approvals?
+
The structural shell is engineered to code and we supply the drawings for your application. Local rules vary — we'll talk you through what your council needs.
How is it delivered?

Normally on a tilt-tray truck as shown in our delivery photos. If your site needs a crane, we can add certified crane points to the frame and arrange crane placement for an extra $2,000.
