Portable Tiny Cabins

A family business with deep roots in construction — crafting weather-tight cabin shells delivered to your block, ready for the interior of your dreams.

Welcome

We're a family business with deep roots in the construction industry.

Our mission is to help people find better solutions during these challenging times. We understand the financial pressure and the desire for a more independent, environmentally friendly lifestyle. Through our expertise in transportable buildings, we deliver affordable and customisable options that fit real lives.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail. Every cabin shell is meticulously designed and constructed to the highest standards — because everyone deserves a safe, comfortable, and beautiful space to call home.

Our Process

We build the shell. You finish the home.

A simple, honest workflow — from the first conversation to the day we crane your cabin onto your block.

01

Consult & Quote

Tell us your block, your budget, and the size you have in mind. We come back with a clear, itemised quote.

02

Design & Engineer

We finalise the floor plan, window layout, and cladding. Engineering drawings come standard.

03

Workshop Build

Steel frame, cladding, roof, windows and doors all built under cover in our workshop.

04

Deliver & Set

Transported on a flatbed and craned onto your prepared pad. Lock-up secure on day one.

Galvanised steel frame detail

Light-gauge galvanised steel. Standing-seam cladding. Double-glazed windows. The hard part — getting the envelope right — is done before the cabin leaves the workshop.

The Maths

A cheaper path to owning.

Buy the shell, finish the inside on your own time, and put the savings somewhere they matter.

FAQs

The questions we hear most.

Do I need to be a builder to finish the interior?

+

No. The shell is designed so a capable DIYer — with licensed help for the electrical and plumbing hook-ups — can finish a cabin over a few months of weekends.

Is the shell really weather-tight on delivery?

+

Yes. Cladding, roof, windows and doors are installed and sealed in our workshop. You can lock the door the day it lands.

What about council approvals?

+

The structural shell is engineered to code and we supply the drawings for your application. Local rules vary — we'll talk you through what your council needs.

How is it delivered?

+

On a flatbed and craned onto a prepared pad or piers. We deliver locally as standard; longer hauls on request.
